Infinity has partnered with a leading home warranty provider and is seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join this growing program.
Candidates who have a background in B2C sales and are driven by providing an excellent customer experience can step into this role and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for outbound calls using a provided lead list in office Identify coverages, eligible coverages and upsell the customer to additional products Accurately disclose terms and conditions to ensure customer comprehension Effectively execute required call strategy, with active listening and excellent customer service skills, to maximize conversion opportunities Utilize strong communication skills, including clear enunciation Willingness to accept constructive feedback and make necessary improvement Meet and exceed all program KPIs Reliable attendance Ideal
Qualifications:
1 year of contact center experience preferred 2 years or more of sales experience preferred Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services Comfortability in using multiple technology systems, effectively Think quick and rebuttal objections Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, by executing with energy and excellence Ability to project a positive and professional attitude towards all customers Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment www.
