You're leadership role will give you the opportunity to lead multidiscipline design teams to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets and help advance our business development strategies.

#BSBHere's What You'll Need:
oBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringoRegistration as a Professional Engineer in OH, MI, or IN (or PE license with ability to attain license in Ohio, Michigan, OR Indiana within 6 months)oDemonstrated experience working on successful projects of varying size with public agenciesoAt least 15 years of progressive experience as a roadway/highway engineeroAbility to demonstrate project leadership experienceoWorking knowledge of federal and state design guidelinesoProficiency with MicroStation, Geopak, and Open Roads Designer and a variety of transportation engineering analysis and design softwareIdeally, here's what you'll also have:
oAt least 5 years business development/client services manager experienceoAt least 5 years of project management experience in transportation designoRegistration as a PE in Indiana and/or MichiganoStrong networks and relationships in the transportation market in Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana Recommended Skills Business Development Cad Customer Service Geopak Licensed Professional Engineer Micro Station Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
