Each server provides a unique experience to each of our members while maintaining or exceeding the standards we have set.
Unlike public restaurants, the private club environment allows outgoing individuals to build personal relationships with our members.
Being able to thrive in a fast passed and sometimes high pressure setting is critical to your success.
Some of the required job duties are; Greeting each member or guest with enthusiasm and kindness.
Taking and inputting orders correctly and efficiently.
Asking the right questions to ensure the party will be happy with the items that are presented to them.
Working closely with managers and server assistants to insure every detail of a members experience has been fulfilled to our best abilities.
Communicating with the kitchen effectively and professionally.
Side work such as polishing silverware, wine glasses, cleaning, table maintenance, and large party setup.
Working large parties, banquettes, weddings, golf events and other events.
